1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the 555lucky platform, including the website, mobile app, and all services provided by 555lucky ("Platform").

By registering, logging in, or using any part of our Platform, you automatically agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the Platform immediately.

555lucky reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Member Eligibility

To register and use the 555lucky Platform, you must meet the following requirements:

• At least 18 years old at the time of registration.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not be on any list of persons prohibited from using online gambling services.
• Not register on behalf of third parties or corporate entities.
• Not be subject to any currently active self-exclusion program on any platform.

3. Registration & Account Management

Each individual is only permitted to own one (1) account only at 555lucky. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation that may result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of remaining balances.

During registration, you are required to provide true, accurate, and current information, including:

• Full name as shown on your identity card or passport.
• An active mobile phone number registered in your name.
• A valid and active email address.
• Bank account or eWallet details for withdrawal purposes.

If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization, contact our customer support immediately for the appropriate security measures.

4. Deposits and Fund Withdrawals

Deposit: The minimum deposit is RM10 per transaction. Accepted deposit methods include FPX, DuitNow, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and all major Malaysian local banks. All deposits are processed in real time.

Withdrawal: Minimum withdrawal is RM30 per transaction. Withdrawal requests are processed in an average of 4–5 minutes to the registered bank account or eWallet. Withdrawals can only be made to an account registered under the same member's name.

• The account must have completed full KYC verification before the first withdrawal is processed.
• Bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirements may not be withdrawn.
• 555lucky reserves the right to request additional supporting documents for withdrawals that exceed certain limits.
• Any withdrawals suspected to be related to money laundering will be reported to the relevant authorities.

5. Bonus & Promotion Terms and Conditions

All bonuses and promotions offered by 555lucky are subject to the specific terms stated alongside each offer. General bonus terms are as follows:

• All confirmed bets are final and cannot be cancelled once placed, except under extraordinary technical circumstances as determined by management.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

555lucky reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account under the following circumstances:

• Activity suspected of being related to fraud or money laundering.

In cases of account closure due to a breach of terms, 555lucky reserves the right to confiscate all funds in the account, including cash and bonuses. In cases of closure at the member's request or for legitimate reasons, the cash balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned once the investigation is complete.

In circumstances where our liability cannot be fully excluded by law, 555lucky's maximum liability is limited to the total amount you have deposited in the 30 days prior to the claim arising.
